01Purpose
These terms govern sales concluded on unclevitamins.fr between UNCLE, a brand operated by COHN SANDRO, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, micro-entreprise), registered with the Marseille RCS (Trade and Companies Register) under number 951 447 507 (SIRET 951 447 507 00025), whose address is 14 B chemin du Bérard, 13260 Cassis, France (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code général des impôts)), and any natural person acting as a consumer.
02Products
UNCLE offers supplements of food supplements in the form of 70% dark chocolate. One supplement lasts one month and contains 4 bars. The composition, the recommended daily dose and the precautions for use are shown on each product page and on the packaging.
03Prices
Prices are shown in euros, net of tax: VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI (French General Tax Code). A one-month supplement costs €34 and a two-month supplement €68. The 3-supplement box costs €82. Until 26 November 2026 inclusive, pre-orders receive a 15% discount, applied automatically: a one-month supplement then costs €28.90 and the box €69.70. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed. UNCLE may change its prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed at the time of ordering.
04Orders and pre-orders
The order is confirmed once these terms have been accepted and payment has been confirmed. A confirmation e-mail summarises the order. For a pre-order, the total price is paid in one go at the time of ordering. Shipping is scheduled for 27 November 2026. The first batch is limited to 750 supplements: once this number is reached, pre-orders are closed. The customer may cancel their pre-order at any time before shipping, by e-mail to contact@unclevitamins.fr: the amount paid is then refunded within 7 days. For pre-orders placed with a deposit before 23 October 2026, the deposit is deducted from the total price and the balance is charged at the time of shipping, using the payment method registered with the order; in case of cancellation, the deposit is refunded within 7 days.
05Subscription
The subscription is not offered during the pre-order period. The following terms apply to subscriptions taken out before 23 October 2026. The subscription includes a first shipment of a two-month supply (8 bars) at a price of €57.80, then a one-month supply (4 bars) every month at a price of €28.90. The customer reserves it with a deposit of €5; the balance of the first shipment is charged on shipping, on 27 November 2026. The monthly shipment is only activated with the customer’s agreement, requested by e-mail after the first delivery, and each month’s payment is then taken the day before shipping. It comes with no commitment: the customer may pause it, change supplement or stop it at any time. To cancel it, simply fill in the form on the Cancel my subscription page, available at the bottom of every page, or write to contact@unclevitamins.fr. Cancellation is free and takes effect upon receipt: no further shipment or charge takes place afterwards.
06Payment
Payment is made online by bank card or by the other methods offered at the time of ordering. Transactions are secured by our payment provider.
07Delivery
Orders are delivered to the countries offered at the time of ordering. In mainland France, allow 2 to 4 days after shipping; delivery costs €2.99 for one supplement and is free for orders of €50 or more: from 2 supplements, with the box or with the first subscription shipment. Until 26 November 2026 inclusive, delivery is free on all pre-orders delivered to France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco. For other countries, costs and delivery times are shown before payment; outside the European Union, any customs duties are payable by the customer. Each order is delivered with an insulated pouch, or two for 4 supplements or more. If a parcel is damaged or incomplete, contact us with a photo at contact@unclevitamins.fr.
08Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give any reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, Code de la consommation). For a pre-order, you may also cancel at any time before shipping, as provided in article 04.
To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement, by e-mail to contact@unclevitamins.fr, or by using the form below. Then return the product no later than 14 days after informing us, to the address given in our reply. Return costs are at your expense.
We will refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, using the payment method used for the order. We may wait until we have received the product, or proof that it has been sent, before refunding you.
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, this right does not apply to products unsealed after delivery which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection: an opened tin therefore cannot be returned.

09Guarantees
The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code (Code civil)).
Legal guarantee of conformity: you have two years from delivery to invoke it. During this period, you only need to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared. You are entitled to a replacement of the product or, if replacement is impossible, to a price reduction or a refund upon return of the product. This guarantee applies independently of any commercial guarantee.
Guarantee against hidden defects: you may also take action within two years of discovering the defect, and choose between cancelling the sale and a price reduction (article 1644 of the Civil Code).
To invoke either of these guarantees, write to us at contact@unclevitamins.fr with your order number and a photo of the product.
10Customer service and mediation
For any complaint: contact@unclevitamins.fr. If a dispute remains unresolved, you may refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator. Their contact details will be given here as soon as our membership is finalised, and are available on request.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
