Yes, they’re designed to be taken together, one square of each a day. Energy and Beauty both provide vitamin B3: 32 mg between them, below the 35 mg limit set for food supplements. Don’t add another supplement that contains it. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.

The box brings together all three supplements for one month: Energy, Beauty and Sleep. It costs €82, 20% less than three supplements bought separately, and delivery is free.

Yes: choose the subscription on the supplement page. Your first delivery is a two-month supply, then you receive one supplement every month at −15%, with no commitment. You can stop whenever you like from the “Cancel my subscription” page, linked at the bottom of every page. The subscription is never ticked by default.

Because first of all we wanted a chocolate you actually want to eat. Valrhona is a French chocolate house, founded in 1922 in Tain-l’Hermitage.

The vitamins and minerals contain no allergens. The chocolate may contain traces of milk, soya and nuts. The full list is on every tin.

Collagen is taken at several grams a day: impossible to fit into a 5 g square. As for caffeine, we chose to leave it out: the Energy supplement relies on B vitamins.

The Beauty supplement contains vitamin A and iodine. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before starting any supplement.
