Each supplement’s actives are weighed for every batch, to the milligram, then blended into the chocolate as a very fine powder.

Blended into 70% dark chocolate.
The powder is mixed into Valrhona 70% dark chocolate, tempered then moulded by hand in Provence. Every square carries the same dose.

Checked before it leaves.
Every batch is weighed and tasted, then packed into its metal tin.

Every active ingredient comes with its laboratory certificate of analysis. Every supplement is declared on Compl’Alim, the official French register of food supplements, before it goes on sale.

Roman is UNCLE’s co-founder and a third-generation chocolatier, a craft handed down from grandfather to son. In Provence, he makes every batch himself: he tempers the Valrhona chocolate, blends in each supplement’s actives, moulds the bars and packs them into tins.

The formulas are designed to be taken together: stick to one square of each a day, with no other supplement containing vitamin B3. The three squares add up to 84 kcal and 4.5 g of sugars.
